History
H V Sales Co., Inc was founded in 1984 as a result of a merger of Adley Enterprises of Shreveport, LA and Emery Sales of Memphis, TN.
The current owners are Jason M. Giroir, who purchased ownership in 2015, and Jason C. Simon, who also purchased ownership in 2015 from Robert L. Reeves and Thomas E. Williams. The corporate office of H V Sales was relocated to Baton Rouge in August of 1987.
Today, HV Sales has offices in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Tennessee and continues to grow.
